Portion of a (very) large map of northern Japan as of 1854. This section is of most of Hokkaido. I'm working on cleaning up the entire map but that'll take a while given the edits needed...
Muni is testing an animated map showing the position of all the trains in the entire system.
This replaces a feed from Central Control that was hard to read, but had one advantage in showing whether trains were one or two-car.
What I really need that's not shown here are arrival times. Being able to see N-Judah's bunched up in the avenues doesn't tell me when the next one will arrive. And without any landmarks I can't use this to find a stop unless it's a station or at a line's outer terminal.
Like most of Muni the only directions given are Inbound and Outbound. One of the most common questions riders ask is which way is downtown, but rather than just say "downtown" riders are expected to learn Muni terminology.

This is the back of a bus map and schedule. I want to go back and paste a sticker that says: God is the sum aggregate total of the effects of all life on Earth. Novas exploded and the starstuff coalesced in a disk around our sun. Stromatolites reproduced in the harsh early atmosphere and through the carbon-oxides scrubbing process of their life over eons oxygenated the air so much that the seas became saturated and the suspension of iron rusted and precipitated to the ocean floor making way for the explosion of life which resulted in you - a starstuff manifestation of the universe to examine itself and manifest god, and save the earth we now know by reducing your carbon footprint and riding this bus."

The sign beside it said, "Wet Paint!" It is part of a map still being painted of Old England.

This is the ancient Atlantis map, which is a perfect overlay of the Atlantic Master map.
Using Photoshop, copy this entire frame onto a Layer 1 of the Atlantic Master image.
The registration marks should overly exactly.
After the red is evacuated, the leftover image "Layer 2" can be toggled over the Atlantic ocean floor image "Layer 1", then toggled below the ocean floor layer.
Upon magnified, the startling overlay indicates ancient ocean floor habitats, roads, rivers, convergences.
In October 2009, Hinterland acquired two Rare Earth Element "REE" projects in Quebec. The use of REE has increased dramatically over the past years in many modern technology applications, especially automotive catalytic converters, permanent magnets, and rechargeable batteries. New demand has strained supply leading to sharp price increases for REE. This situation was exacerbated in September 2009 when China, essentially the world's only supplier of REE, announced plans to limit exports. Hinterland is currently seeking equity or joint venture financing to fund exploration of these two projects.
