SuperUber created the first projection mapping set in brazilian television - and possibly a global first. It was made for Sportv's World Cup special at the recently-inaugurated Globosat studios. The project involves sculpture design, custom software, content and lighting. The hi-tech design offers the spectator a volume of light and movement. The design is specially made for the projection and takes advantage of moments where the camera is fixed -- with this controlled single point of view, the projected set creates visual illusions. The show has different dynamic projected content chosen according to the topic.
I took an illustration approach to this project, very simple and as you can see i purposely coloured the sand and sea to show a sense of direction within the map.
The keyboard cover creates a great conceptual model because it is obvious that it fits over a keyboard from looking at it. In addition, the mapping shows exactly which keys each part should cover.

By Project Projects in collaboration with Garanti Galerie and Superpool architects.
he aim of the book is to visually capture the complex nature of the city that spans from Europe to Asia.
This book presents an initial effort to map the city of Istanbul, a city steeped in complexity. Working collaboratively with Garanti Galerie and architects Superpool, Project Projects established a uniform visual style for the hundreds of maps and information graphics included. The book’s design presents this information in an accessible, narrative sequence, creating a valuable resource for architects, planners, and policy-makers invested in the city’s future.

Mapping is very important to a control scheme in a video game. When buttons are mapped well, control for the game becomes intuitive instead of clunky.
This is an example of the touchpad on the ps4 controller being used for the game, Rayman Legends. The touchpad works well for their scratch card feature. It's actually much easier to use the pad than use the alternative... the joysticks.
