I joined herbalife. my health is going down a path of self destruction I got some not so great news and other things that were pretty good. I have struggled with this my whole life so I decided to make a change. so 2 shakes a day...one good meal, as many veggies as I want. so much water that I feel like im gonna drown. but I got this.

Secret #6 - I hate what I see when I look in the mirror. You know those days were you have all the confidence in the world? You just know you look great and you walk around proudly. Then someone takes a picture of you and you're like "who the hell is that?" That's how I feel every minute of every single day. The person I am on the inside is not reflected back to me when I'm in front of a mirror.
I'm slowly taking steps to change all of that. I refuse to just fill space in this world. I want to matter. And I will!
