So currently I have been obsessed by Ariana Grande! Her makeup is always so flawless and I thought it was about time I re-created it. I used both my Naked Palette 1 and 3. I began by patting 'strange' from my naked 3 all over my lid to my crease. I then placed 'naked' from naked 1 in my crease. I always find Ariana has a purple tint in her crease so I went back to my naked 3 and placed both 'limit' and 'nooner' in my crease. To deepen the look a little more I added 'buck' from the naked 1 in my outer crease. I then brought 'buck' down under my eye and added a kohl brown eye liner into my waterline. I then created a cat eye by using the kohl brown eye liner and creating a flick. On my lips I decided to go a little pinker than what Ariana normally does by using Barry M lip liner called 'dark pink' and then added Seventeens Matte Lasting lipstick in shade 27. Deux idées m'ont effleuré l'esprit à l'annonce du thème "Trace(s)". Après avoir galéré et n'étant pas convaincu en me mettant en scène dans la première, j'ai finalement opté pour cette idée de clair-obscur dans lequel se cache le visage de ma maman. Déçu plusieurs fois des résultats du jury, qui je trouve, favorisait l'esthétique à l'originalité, je suis parti simplement sur cette image minimaliste avec un clair-obscur et du noir et blanc (mon premier pour un concours). Cependant, étant de base un grand fan du clair-obscur, c'est avec plaisir que j'ai pris le temps de fabriquer cet éclairage avec une lampe de bureau, du carton et du scotch. Lorsque j'ai demandé à ma maman si elle voulait bien être mon modèle, elle a tout simplement répondu : "Si ça peut te permettre d'avancer.". Encore un sacrifice pour moi, merci.

Here's my makeup for the awesome "Where nightmares come from" collaboration I was invited to ! I spent 6 hours on this piece and I'll tell you the truth, after spending 6 hours painting something that would litterally scare me to death, I didn't feel at ease at all and longed for some light and human company !!! Luckily my mom visited me right after I had finished the makeup lol

So I know that I am not the only one when I say that I am obsessed with the Jenner sisters!? Particularly Kylie Jenner and her flawless makeup, so that is why I decided to recreate her makeup! To begin I primed my eyes with Urban Decays Primer Potion. Then I applied 'naked' which is a soft light brown into my crease and brought it down to my lower lash line. I then darkened up the crease by using two beautiful colours from a Benefit Christmas set. The first colour was a pigmented medium brown followed by a darker pigmented brown. I continued to use these colours until I was happy. I then blended, blended, blended! Blending is a must for a Kylie Jenner look as her eyes always look so natural and have absolutely no harsh lines in the crease! Following the eye shadow I lined my eyes with a liquid liner and winged it. I then placed a very high matte highlight just under the brow bone. And then we reach the big finale, the lips! Kylie's lips are so big and volumtious and just to die for so I loved making mine big and plump. To begin I took a very matte pink lip liner from essence and lined my lips, bringing the liner slightly higher then my cupids bow. I then used a darkish pink lipgloss from smash box to complete the lips!
