For this photo i am using my everyday makeup. It was a little difficult to find something that was meaningful and not a random object. This picture has a lot of meaning to me because without it i feel different. This photo represents me. I put the props up front to identify what was most important to me and most useful. Also, if you realized they are all different shades of pink which gives this photo a nice smooth tone. I tried to find multiple angles for each makeup product, giving it a natural look. The soft light bounces off the objects ,giving it a shadow from each object. If i would have used a brighter lighting then it wouldn't look as calm, giving the makeup a dramatic look. I had to turn off my lights and turn on a small lamp and cover it with a sheet and didn't use flash for this lighting. It was fun!
