Here’s my two Fashion Fever Makeup Chic dolls found within a week or so of each other. Though one of them has their eyes printed lower than the other so it dramatically changes her appearance to me heh.

Dani is going to do my wedding makeup for me, yay! So we did a practice run through, and dressed me all up to get a better idea of the look.
Hair is obviously not styled, lol.
Did my makeup in Sephora last night on the way to work.
Urban Decay Delux Eyeshadow in Fishnet & Graffitti. No mascara. How 'bout that.
And if you wanna get me a birthday present, I want those two colors, as well as Adore, Heat, and Sting. ♥

Cute kitty one I got at Forever 21 about a year ago, a Kuromi bag (the only one I actually use for makeup) and a pretty polka dot one I've had forever

Please let me know what you think!!
Back in July when I was planning my wedding some Flickr friends mentioned some products that I should purchase (YSL Touche Eclat, Urban Decay foundation and eyelid primer). I never got around to buying them but yesterday I had to go to Shoppers Drug Mart (corner of Bank and Laurier) before heading to French class to pick up some prescriptions so I decided to head to the diagonal corner and check out Murale, a store that opened where the old Shoppers was. I knew it sold makeup products but I had not been in one before and the name kind of made me think of cheesy Avon products. Turns out I was dead wrong. They sell alot of high-end brands.
So I walked in and heard an employee ask if I needed help. I turned around and answered with "I know you - your husband photographed me for Cdn House & Home and you came with him and did my makeup!". (Her husband is Jordan Craig, and her name is Carolina). She is gorgeous by the way, and knows what she's talking about, so I told her what I was looking for and she took me around and found me the Touch Eclat (that one hurt at $50), a Smashbox eyelid primer (they don't carry Urban Decay) and I told her I needed a decent powder so I ended up with a Clinique stay-matte sheer pressed powder. She gave me some samples of the Smashbox foundation primer to try before I commit to buying (it was pricey) and some Chanel perfume samples. I am SOOOO going back and bugging her if I need anything else - including more free samples!
P.S. Murale is a branch of Shoppers so I used my Optimum points and only had to pay $25 for this stuff!
******UPDATE - this morning, while doing my makeup, I grabbed the touche eclat to try for the first time....and nothing will come out of it!!! Unless I am missing something I assumed you push the button on the end and the stuff comes out of the brush. But NOTHING happens. For crissakes!!!
From the Colour Ready collection (April 2009). Compared to the size of a MAC Lipglass. $24CDN is a lot of money for those small tubes! I hope they are worth it.
