The #MakeItHappen campaign is aimed at encouraging supporters of Marriage Equality to take practical steps to get more people to vote #YES
Today for #MakeItHappen we are asking everyone to talk to older people about the referendum and persuade them to vote #YES.

The Leeds City College Dance Collective performing their multimedia piece, Maps of Identity, at WorldSkills 2011 in London, Saturday 8th October.
I brought Egusi into class today to show to a curious classmate and my teacher spotted it and took an interest in it.
He asked me what Egusi was and how it is used. I told him that it was milled melon seeds and can be used in soups and stews. It creates a nice thick, creamy rich taste and texture.
He then responded, "Oh, just like candlenuts in Malaysian cooking, ah. Hmmm, even the smell is quite similar eh." And thus, Nigerian-Malaysian fusion cuisine was born. At least in my head. 😛
