Latest "Vintage" recolour of the super cute Majorette Suzuki Carry and most definitely should have been its debut release! Absolutely bone stock white which was for me its signature colour as the real vehicle always seemed to be in that colour when they were sold here in the UK, and really gives Tomica a run for their money!
Small scale castings of such small Japanese commercial vehicles can risk being peg warmers such as the Matchbox Subaru Sambar but I suspect this is going to prove rather popular. Super crisp in appearance and despite its diminutive proportions packs in plenty of detailing and features an opening rear tailgate.
Found in a French Carrefour recently.

There appears to be a two tier approach to the Majorette French Touch series starting with a more semi-premium angle to a full on premium with accompanying metal collector case. This royal purple recolour is the latter with its mentioned metal case and "better" wheels though in my eyes they still look a bit too plasticky for such a classic themed vehicle. Some chrome wouldn't have gone amiss for its bumpers either!
Still a beautiful replica of the iconic Citroen 2CV complete with opening bonnet/hood and working suspension.
Found in a rather well stocked toy section of a Carrefour recently.

After a hiatus of well over three decades Majorette welcomes back the Unimog nameplate for its rejuvinated 2025 and beyond line up. Bringing the concept right up to date they've modelled the U530 which makes its debut in the new Farm sub series and is every inch the Majorette you'd expect. Its a fully licensed casting of course which ensures great accuracy and all round detailing though its only working feature appears to be a tiny opening rear tailgate.
Found at Ca La Madrona in Vilafranca.

The LC-W (wide) has a 17mm lens, and can take half frame, square or full frame images depending on which of three film plane masks is installed.
Shot with "LomoChrome Turquoise" which is a novelty film from Lomography, in which the colour sensitive layers in the emulsion have been re-ordered to give wild colour shifts. Exposed at ISO200 and developed in the Fuji Hunt C41 kit.

Lots of Majorette stock are now hitting many ASDA stores all at once which is unusual for this most unreliable of supermarket chains. Nothing particularly new from what I can see apart from this rather rugged new MACK Granite based Tipper Truck.
Its a brand new casting which they intend on fully maximising with different body styles and trailers and quite the unusual choice for the normally rather Eurocentric Majorette.
A typical bonneted U.S. cab design which looks very dated to European eyes but well captured by Majorette who have even given it a fair smattering of chrome!

Unlike their oddly proportioned Sian FKP 37 the Majorette classic Countach is a much more realistic proposition replicating those iconic "poster child" looks perfectly. Seen here in its brand new Lamborghini branded five vehicle set recolour which looks super clean and crisp though as ever with Majorette their wheel choices can be rather hit and miss. This more miss than hit!
