Taken with the Lomo LC-W camera.
The LC-W (wide) has a 17mm lens, and can take half frame, square or full frame images depending on which of three film plane masks is installed.
Shot with "LomoChrome Turquoise" which is a novelty film from Lomography, in which the colour sensitive layers in the emulsion have been re-ordered to give wild colour shifts. Exposed at ISO200 and developed in the Fuji Hunt C41 kit.

Lots of Majorette stock are now hitting many ASDA stores all at once which is unusual for this most unreliable of supermarket chains. Nothing particularly new from what I can see apart from this rather rugged new MACK Granite based Tipper Truck.
Its a brand new casting which they intend on fully maximising with different body styles and trailers and quite the unusual choice for the normally rather Eurocentric Majorette.
A typical bonneted U.S. cab design which looks very dated to European eyes but well captured by Majorette who have even given it a fair smattering of chrome!
Mint and boxed.

I've already found one of these brand new Majorette Street Cars Toyota Land Cruiser 250 castings as a single here in France but surprisingly this example came from ASDA before my travels! In all fairness they have been selling packs of Ride Now models for nearly 12 months and are the only major UK retailer to do so, I just wish they would sell them as singles as a replacement for the awful HTI generics they have also been selling since 2016!
For me personally its the most anticipated new Street Cars, a brand which replaces the short lived Ride Now name, and it certainly doesn't disappoint when in hand.
For the equivalent of just under 2.00 each you are getting that traditional Majorette quality and factory accurate realism even if it doesn't possess their traditional virtues of any opening parts, working suspension or clear plastic headlights. It looks and feels substantial and is neatly detailed and finished.
Mint and boxed.
