Paper Macintosh

I just found the right place for my 1994 Macintosh Color Classic. I bought her as 2nd hand (but looked like new) from SVOA (An Apple Auth Dealer in Thailand) & then used for around 3-4 months before went to another PC. She had always been kept in closed since then. I also have another more powerful one in my office.

Mac in colour -- this one's for fun!.

I just love compact Macs... they are cute and lovely.

I got this little Mac yesterday from local auction site. It's not really functional...

Checkerboard problem when I power on the computer. Also the power supply is so weak that making the screen so wavy. Besides, the hard drive is dead.

So now I swapped the floppy drive with my still functional Classic, and gave this Mac's mobo a wash....

The case is now cleaner after some rubbing :)

This is an old Apple Macintosh SE from 1988, it would have cost a bomb when bought new. It was brought in for repair in my office It could have easily have been confused from the terminal from Lost

It had been sitting in someones garden shed for the last 10 years and now they decided they wanted it working again and have the data recovered off the 20MB (Twenty Megabyte!) SCSI hard drive! I don't why I thought it would have been fixable but I did it! Its's now working quite happily and all the data is backed up on a CD-R.

actually, we're phasing OS X Server off most of the nodes, since all the software will run under OS X Client, no need to pay the extra licensing fees

A late entry for Self Portrait Thursday. I keep this on my computer to remind myself that being on the computer is not my job. It's my job to make things.
