Macho de Aeshna affinis en Los Lavajos de Sinarcas, Valencia. Este macho volaba en una charca practicamente seca y al principio nos pareció un macho de Anax imperator pero la sorpresa fue el encontrarnos con esta bellísima especie. Un buen momento con una excelente compañía.

An einer Straßenkreuzung bei Kollnburg im Landkreis Regen gelegen, hatte das Wirtshaus „Ehrn“ Bauern und Handwerker aus der Umgebung zu Gästen – und Fuhrleute, die auf der Straße unterwegs waren,. Die zugehörige Landwirtschaft diente der Selbstversorgung der Wirtsleute. Einige Schweine wurden mit Küchenabfällen gefüttert.
Metra SD70MACH 500 sits inside Union Station in Chicago, IL with the 2025 Milwaukee District Holiday train.
It was designed by David Mach and constructed from 185,000 bricks and 6,000 cubic feet (170 cubic meters) of concrete. Some 34 construction workers took 21 weeks to construct it. It is 23 feet high and 120 feet long. It weighs 15,000 tons and covers an area of 6,458 square feet (600 square meters). Its official name is just “Train” although “Brick Train” is, for obvious reasons, commonly used.
Inbound Milwaukee District North train 2612 heads under the signal bridge at CP-Morgan with SD70MACH 517 on the rear. This section of Chicago has rapidly developed in the past decade, with high rises popping up all over on lots that once bore industry. Probably just a matter of time before one casts enough shadows to pervert these scenes for good.
