Muenster and American with a touch of Gorgonzola, topped off with sharp Cheddar.
Roasted garlic & slab bacon added cuz I like 'em. This was good, but wasn't nearly strong enough for me. By that I mean I was hoping for a potent Gorgonzola flavor, something potent and sharp. This was a bit weak, but still smooth and creamy and taaaaaaaasty. Next time I go for Manchego, though. If I'm going to go for smooth I'll try that.
For supper, my wife and I had takeout from Cracker Barrel. Pictured is my chicken tenderloins, baby carrots, with macaroni and cheese.
For Roulette and "Bokeh Whores".
Recipe:
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp regular mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups dry macaroni (cooked)
2 cups shredded cheddar, divided
1 cup french fried onions
In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, stir together first 4 ingredients. Then stir in noodles and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with rest of the cheese and top with onions. Bake 5 minutes more. MMMMMM!

O taught my daughter to make this sour cream cake years ago with a long family recipe I got from my mom.
Daughter actually makes them better than me. Did you see that mac and cheese in the background? Yea....she makes that better than me also.
And yes, this is real vino in this one.
