Cancer is a leading cause of deaths among men and women in the world, hence regular screening proves to be beneficial in diagnosing cancer at an early stage. . Because of the early detection of cancer, patients can be treated and the chances of survival increases. Below discussed are some of the common forms of cancer.

David is a friend of mine from college. He lost his battle with Lymphoma cancer on Saturday, August 9, 2008. He was 35-years-old.

I am just learning of this new because his wife, Jen (whom I was also friends with in college), just found a working e-mail address for me as the one she had before was cut off back in July without any notice to me or any option to forward mail for a short while.

Now that I know, I want to pay tribute to this wonderful friend of mine . . . I met David, and his wife Jen (then fiancee), the summer before I started attending college at Texas Christian University. What a wonderful person (couple).

I wasn't in constant contact with The Albrights over the years, but when I was it was as if no time had passed. Dave and I would exchange messages via LinkedIn here and there over the past two years or so to keep updated on the happening in our lives. In this last message to me back this past June he gave no indication of his health issues and his message was upbeat - you wouldn't have known something was wrong.

Please keep David, his wife Jen and their boys Davey and Max in your prayers.
