Today I took, wait for it 1,098 photos. 98% of them were leaf floaters like this. I LUV this one so very much. I've posted before I have even viewed the rest. I had a feeling it was going to be good. My camera screen is really small, hard for me to actually see if it is good, but I could see I liked the colours. It really do like thisone. I have several of this leave, as it moved closer and closer. Nothing was touched. The water was perfect again. I guess the high winds have blown debris to the shores. It was difficult to shoot as this wasn't my usual spot. I had to squat and capture inbetween fence posts. You might have to put up with me and my floaters considering I took amost 2,000 and if this is any indication I am goung to have heck of a time deleting. Another 3 exposure photo from the Overlook right past GW bridge.

Combined 3 exposures in Photomatrix and tweaked the curves & levels in CS3 for about 30 minutes.

It is just starting to turn but to start with this orange then turns to the most magnificent purple. ID would be nice.

VENICE - Reminded me of the wonderful track by Curved Air - I went to a Festival at Cardiff Castle (Headliners: Status Quo) and was told that Curved Air were Danish - not true, though the lead singer Sonja Kristina was danish sounding. Nowadays I can re-live Sonja singing 'Back Street Luv' via the internet - Amazing? (Youtube is the obvious option)

The goldfinches bring color and a cheerful disposition when they arrive in the spring, blest to have a few pair of them in the yard
