The image shows part of an icy candle lantern. When we have a really hard frost I make these lanterns as garden decorations in the winter. I freeze also flowers like tulips inside the lantern, as it is here.
The air is full of snowflakes, it has been snowing for a few days now. The forest paths have disappeared under the snow and I am walking slowly in the snow with my dog.
When I left home, it seemed that the snowfall would stop and the blue sky would open. But no, the snowfall started again and I hid my camera inside my jacket so that it wouldn't get wet from the flakes.
Take that picture now, says my dog Helmi and then we'll move on. Well, I took a picture : )

Yyteri, one of the most beautiful and popular sandy beaches in Finland. In the summer, on my way to Lapland and Norway, I visited there briefly. Now with a few days off, I wanted to get to know the beach better. On a sunny day in summer, the beach was full of people sunbathing, swimming and picnicking. Now late autumn, the beach was almost deserted, a few people walking with their dog and one taking photos. However, the sandy beach was beautiful and the view of the sea was wonderful. I stayed there for hours until dark.
