A Claddagh ring (Irish: fáinne Chladaigh) is a traditional Galway, Irish ring in which a heart represents love, the crown stands for loyalty, and two clasped hands symbolize friendship.
Bought in Cyprus of Cypriot Silver (1992).
This is a memorial to a loyal sheepdog named Tip, just in case it's not legible, it says

The Sheepdog who stayed with the body of her dead master
Mr Joseph Tagg, on the Howden Moor for Fifteen weeks from 12th Dec to 27th March 1954.
She lived for another year and died at the age of 12

humans do not understand what unconditional is. to have unconditional love is to no matter what, to show that person live and affection. only animals know what that really is. humans can claim they know what unconditional love is, I have had people that said say they loved me and then hurt me more than words can describe. That is not love, that is disrespect and unkind, two things that scream bullshit. may your heart Always Be Touched by an animal that truly makes you want to be a better person.
A bond can happen within the most unique creatures and people upon this world. We forget that sometimes. Loyalty between people..even man and beast..
