After studying the PostScript logo for the better part of an hour, I grabbed my sketchbook and started to doodle.
I knew the typeface needed to be a clean sans-serif, but only until you see them side-by-side can you really tell the subtle (and not so subtle) differences between them. Gotham Light was chosen because of its retro feel and slightly elongated letterforms.

A recent trip to Argentina brought these intriguing specimens to my attention. Each bus seemed lovingly adorned with rather attractive livery. I only managed to catch a few there were more ostentatious specimens with huge amounts of chrome and blackletter type. I love the colours and typography. I thought obviously someone should put together a book of sorts to acknowledge their distinction and on my last day in Buenos Aires I popped into a book shop and realised they already had... Take note Boris!
