On my work bench behind the furnace in the basement I have found a zen practice of still life photography.
Using work lights, plastic boxes as filters, and paining the image during it's 8 second exposure with a flashlight.
.... and then of course came the lemonade part of the experience.
Arranging the leaves, branches, and fruit was quite frustrating.
I took that very aspect of difficulty and frustration and
channeled it into an intentional interaction with the flora.
They have to pretty much be all be in one plane to focus properly and their spacial arrangement must be composed aesthetically.
The light has to wash across them all evenly as well.
All the while like children they are jostling and moving about.
So I changed my attitude and transformed the whole drawn out experience into a ZEN meditation..... Nothing else matters during my time calmly concentrating on the steps needed to get the right shot....
And in the process I have managed to bring that same attitude to the frustrations I meet in real life... (sometimes it works, and .....

Episode CXII
Hi Folks,
My Clan was quite worried of what had been going on in our Wild Garden lately. So I took LUNA, ARCTY and the two youngsters FIN and PRINCE with me to show them that all spook was over. On this evening there was a wonderful fiery sky – it was not dark at all and there was nothing to fear. LUNA and ARCTY were rather relaxed, but the two little ones felt safer on the treetop. We all enjoyed this wonderful light out there and stayed near the forest until dark. Although it was not a weekend day, we heard PHEASY singing but we could not see him and he did not answer our calls either. We’ll have to wait for the next weekend and look out for him. Before we went to bed we had a big spoonful of honey that guaranteed a good night sleep.
Happy Hugs all around

Lim's valley, called "Limska dolina" in bosnian/serbian/croatian, is a region in south-west Serbian area of "Zlatibor".
The border between Serbia and Montenegro is about 1km away from this place, on the left. The border's name is "Jabuka" which means "Apple".
I took this one on my 9th day of my 2nd part of 2015 vacation while I was going to Cavtat, Croatia.
I really like the result, even if it's not perfect.
Since I've been a little bit less active lately, stay tuned. I'll be posting a lot of pictures from my road trip in the following days!

Hello, everyone! Just sharing a card I made for the current Less Is More challenge (since it is too late for the November Hero Arts challenge to use bling). I am having so much fun with this "Greatest Gift" clear set and the sentiments in the "Very Merry Christmas" set. Just paired them with some distress inks, gold stickles and a gem.
