This evening photograph of the Singapore River was taken near OUB Plaza looking into the direction of Marina Bay, with the historic Cavenagh Suspension Bridge illuminated in blue.
The other landmarks include Fullerton Hotel (on the right of the photograph), Anderson Truss Bridge, Esplanade Theatres on the Bay (with distinctive roof structure lit up at night) and Swissotel Stamford (the tallest hotel in Singapore).
The light trails of a water taxi are captured in the foreground, when the taxi was traversing towards the Cavenagh Bridge.

You're looking at the upper west side of Manhattan.
Taken from the high floor through a less than 8" small window opening, a tripod was impossible to set up due to the shooting angle and tight space. The camera was handheld, resting on the window frame, and I was doing my best to stay still and steady.
Please stay warm for those who are in the arctic blast zone!
TGIF and have a happy weekend!
Walter Taylor Bridge, once known as the Indooroopilly bridge - - light trails.
Indooroopilly bridge — the only habitable bridge in the Southern Hemisphere. It remains the longest span suspension street in Australia, built with the support cables initially used in the construction of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Three generations of the same family — descendants of the bridge's original toll master — lived in the Indooroopilly pylon for more than 70 years.
This blue hour photograph was taken at Amsterdam Keizersgracht (Emperor's Canal). A canal boat from Keizersgracht was turning left towards Leidsegracht. This photograph captured the light trails of the boat and vehicles, and associated reflections in the canals.

Taken from side of A82 at The Meeting of the Three Waters
I was heading back from Glen Etive and had never stopped at at this classic viewpoint but had it in mind as somewhere to just try a light trail as it was starting to get dark. I wasn't going to risk walking further along the A82 to get to an S-bend section as it was not great weather, dark and definitely sketchy at that time due to the amount of traffic. I played it safe and shot from the footway at the viewpoint and just experimented. This was one of the few where an HGV went past and I had vehicles passing in both directions. Nothing fancy but I kind of liked it!

This night photograph of the Houston Metro light trails was taken at the Main Street-Lamar Street junction in Downtown Houston. The tripod was placed near to the left rail track to capture the light trails with the metro train approaching. The reflections were provided by a small pool of water between the tracks.
