Wegmans is a grocery store chain that surpasses others in choice, quality and prices.

Years ago our homeowners association towed a vehicle which belonged to one of our resident's sons - he was serving in the armed forces. He had it parked here when he'd gotten called away for active duty.. The homeowner's association knew this but towed his vehicle anyway.

Established in 1936 by executive order of President Franklin D. Roosevelt, the Patuxent Research Refuge is the Nation's only National Wildlife Refuge established to support wildlife research. The North Tract of the refuge was used for munitions testing by the military before being turned over to the refuge. Visitors must sign a waiver and agree to report any unexploded ordnances.

A good portion of the migratory path for these birds here has been wiped out in one fell swoop in a little over one year. What is amazing is that my dog has an astounding amount of empathy for the countless dead animals whose habitats are being expeditiously destroyed. The humans do not even see them.
