For day 4 of #Vignweek2022
I built a vignette for the Sushi Chef minifigure from the Ninjago Movie CMF series.
The chef reminded me of Hattori Hanzo from Kill Bill, so I added a collection of swords at the back of this traditional sushi restaurant.
I also added a little bonsai.

Let's continue building some LEGO Microscale Habitats!
The eighth of my series is an paddy field.

A LEGO bouldering gym vignette on a 16 by 16 base.
Heavily inspired by one of my old LEGO Ideas project: the Climbrick Gym.
Climbers will recognized all the equipment that you can generally find at the gym.

Felt like doing a different bookshelf, running away from the very common plates and tiles sideways builds we see everywhere.
How is this for a change?!

We had the exclusive opportunity to visit one of the properties of famous inventor Leonard Van Wint. The occasion was the presentation of his latest Light Hybrid Airship prototype.
On this private island, Van Wint has build his own Greenhouse, everything is self sufficient. The watering system comes from the natural pond present on the island, while the electricity comes from wind turbines. Leonard made his appearance on a curious flying bicycle.
We accessed the property from a pretty scary hanging dock, we also noticed a passage to the underground of the island, but we haven't been granted access, so what's inside remain top secret...

A fantasy adventure where Lord of the Rings sort of meets Game of Thrones. The Snow Guardian is just too cool to be left out.
And yes I am double dipping for Nerdvemeber and Brickscalibur, Frozen wilds category.
I'm really happy about this LEGO creation and I also managed to add a couple of NPUs. The dragon was inspired by the horse battle helmet and i manage to add in some lightsaber and a sausage. I am quite happy also about the tree made with rifle and gun.

My third and final entry for Summer Joust 2022 contest.
This time for the very challenging gradient category.
It was my first time for me attempting to build something using only one gradient.
A black knight is wondering around a spooky forest where he encounters a ghost.
I used 8 different shades of green, plus white, black and trans-clear.

Do you think the lava effect turned out well?

Here's my entry for the 5th day of Vignweek 2023. The prompt is Treasure Hunt.
I decided to bring my hunt underwater, at the discover of something that we thought was lost for centuries.
I hope the forced perspective works well inside this box.
Here's the tutorial video:
Never had a chance to finish this when I started this build in 2017. I'm glad I can finally finish this build after 4 years sitting on my shelf.
I never like Hot Rod cars until I saw Calin made a lot of it, and I love it! This build is inspired by him and lots of technique and tricks are borrowed from him.
