Medium-sized four-legged drones - gundogs - are the most popular type of land UVs out there. Even though they usually more akin to deer in size the name "gundog" stuck. There are countless models for every task possible.
This heavier gundog is equipped with a 30-mm cannon, but instead of direct fire support for troops this one is a hunter.
It either hunts alone or as a part of spec-ops squads, hiding in the rubble, waiting for a perfect moment to strike. It takes out enemy equipment, light vehicles, exosuits and other heavy troops.

Yet another "tablescrap".
Custom parts modeled after Sluban used.
Crab is a superior form not only in nature: turns out it is efficient in combat as well.
Callinectes, nicknamed "siege crab" by NMC personnel, is heavy-armored all-terrain walker with two main purposes.
First - to clear the way of rubble for advancing troops, dig trenches and make other defensive structures.
Second - to provide those troops with artillery fire with its 155mm howitzer.
Six main legs provide substantial mobility to Callinectes on difficult terrain.
Two giant manipulators resembling crab claws not only can lift, cut and tear heavy debris, but also act as movable shields for covering the chassis - or personnel on the ground.
Two hands at the back are used to dig and plow, above them are separate set of optic and other sensors. That makes moving back almost equivalent to moving forward for Callinectes.
Other than heavy armor the Siege crab has only one machine gun turret and active defense systems - it mostly relies on ground troops and light vehicles for protecting it in close combat.

Heard about carcinisation? I bet you did. Time for Crab is all about it.
I pretty much thought about making something like this since the first time I saw this event. This time I take part in it myself. Enjoy!
Also it is sort of a spiritual successor to Mudcrab - chech that out if you haven't.
My build for Marckikoma 2021! I've been wanting to do this general idea for around a year, with the medium lavender and the baby in a koma, and finally got to it now. Unfortunately I'm not very happy with the main body so this might have to get revisited in the future.
LEGO Kantam Robo.
"Kantam Robo" is a robot character that appears in the Japanese manga and anime "Crayon Shin-chan".
The design of this Kantam Robo is my adaptation, giving it a more powerful and mechanical appearance than the original Kantam Robo.

I was chatting with some folks the other day and was talking about our favorite/most known builds, and this is actually one that I haven't posted here - but it's been a few years since I actually built one so I figured I'd give it a remake using newer parts and bits... along with the original iterations of the Locust Drones.
"Sarah 9. Rebekah 12. Sisters in blood, sisters in metal, blessed daughters of Cathedral. I commit thee to these Canticles of Old, that your song may reach the edges of the Earth; that your lanterns may shine upon the other when the starless night ushers forth its legions; and that your cannons may render them to dust. Go now, children of God. Until the radiation consumes you. "
I don't know if this actually counts for M&M's Mech Mondays (or M&M-MM for short), It's actually something I built last year, but was pointed out I never actually posted - opps, this happens a lot lol.
Anyways here's my Toys Story Mecha build :)
Looking forward to more Toy Story LEGO ( Did you see the green trophy men?!?!)
Built these yesterday to start off the year and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. They were inspired by this, and my desire to use the sand blue cylinder piece for a long time, and while they're taller and bigger than I had initially been envisioning, I like them for the most part. Hope you guys enjoy them too!

Here's an improved version of an older build of mine, the TS.1. I've actually had this one built for a few years and had displayed it at a few Bricks Cascades but had never posted a photo of it on here. I'm much happier with this updated version, the main change was redoing the angle of the head to make the attachment more secure and better designed, which I was able to accomplish. Hope you guys like this version too!
Also, as a side note, as of today I've been on flickr for 10 years, which is really crazy to think about. It's been a joy to be part of this online LEGO community for so long, I've interacted with so many awesome builders and seen so many great builds throughout my time on here. I haven't been nearly as active on here as I once was but I still love LEGO and continue to do stuff with it, and don't plan on stopping. Hope you guys like this updated version of the build I posted on my 5th flickr anniversary and will enjoy the stuff I have coming up, I've got some exciting builds in the works!

I....I....I freaking did iiiiiit! :'D Finally got time and balls to update this mech! xD
I'm pretty damn happy with the outcome TBH. I really worked on making the proportions, colors and well, everything to look as good as possible :P
I'm planning on making many variations of this (I know you're like; "cmon, it doesn't even have any guns.." ;3)
I hope you like as much as I do! (fellow mecha builders will be added, I hope you don't mind.)

Si-Bored industries is proud to introduce the Configurable Utility Bot Ecosystem (CUBE). This platform allows for 5 configurable load-out points.
Shown here, this CUBE is configured with Extendo-Crane (TM) and sits atop the 2 short leg walker with wide window front.
My fourth and last build for #MECHtober2021
What's MECHtober you ask? Simply build four mechs in October, one mech a week, and they should all be in the same 'family'
more details:
Here's my entry for the fifth prompt of RebelLUG's Vignweek 2021 contest, with the theme of futuristic. I knew I wanted to do something that involved drones/mechs, and I've always liked the idea of futuristic street racing as a concept to build, so I chose to combine them here. On top shows the race itself as well as a suite with spectators, and below is where racers get recharged between races. I'm really happy with how the racers turned out, hope you guys like this too!
You can see some close-ups here.
The third generation of this Mech has a new legs and feet system able to provide a smoother walking, power efficiency and ease of maintenance. This ground machine is versatile enough to handle any situation, exploit any advantage, and survive most surprises.
