I made this last year as part of my final Vignweek entry, but I don't think the rushed composition of that build worked especially well, and I figured he deserved an independent spotlight.

This moc primarily use part from Lego Ninjago set 70614 Lightning Jet. The idea came from the bike tire I got at a convention, and I thought it would make a cool cyberpunk moc. I hope you'll like it !

Hello, everyone!

We're still building... can you believe it?

We gladly present our new creation, the iconic “final boss” from the Gremlins movie! (the director’s cut)

Joking aside, on this occasion, we have tried to stay as close as possible to the concept from the first Alien film in terms of the creature's proportions and posture. We have always been very attracted to that image of a feline creature, crouched in a corner of the ship, patiently waiting for the moment to attack. We had particularly in mind the scene of the attack on Dallas in the ventilation ducts, with the figure in a crouching position with its arms outstretched (what a fright the poor fellow gets!).

The scale is approximately 1:2, twice that of our previous ‘Alien Project’ model from 2016. It has approximately 5,500 pieces and, as usual, is 100% modular for easy assembly and disassembly.

As for the instructions (PDF format), depending on the interest the model generates, we may or may not produce them. Due to the considerable number of pieces, we estimate that it would take us around eight months to complete, which is a huge effort at all levels. If the model is well received, we may decide to launch a crowdfunding campaign to ensure a minimum number of sales to cover those months of work. But, you know, it all depends on you.

As always, we hope you like the model!

We will update our gallery with more photos in the coming days.

Best regards,

Amador & Ramon

I was working out plant designs for the next chapter of I Dreamt of Rust, and came up with this mushroom. Tried out some photoshop, too.

There's also a dog hair in the photo...couldn't quite photoshop that out...

My second build for round one of Iron Forge 2026. It uses 15 chairs in the roof, 6 for the awnings, and two for stones.

Hello new building the idea came to me a long time ago when i saw a dam wall and imagined what it would look like if it were polluted. Here's the result guys I'm trying to be more active again see you soon and thanks for looking.

I like building houses!

In the Middle Ages, boats served as indispensable lifelines, ferrying essential food and precious supplies from distant lands to isolated settlements nestled high in the mountains near the sea.

This is my entry to this year's Summer Joust, the "Pick your poison" category.

Criteria:

1. Unstable load - the yellow house

2. Technically useful - the roofs, trees and some other parts of the houses

3. Going alternative - the technic trees

4. Beaten track - the wake of the boat

5. Overpopulation - just kidding, I don't have this one :P

C&C are welcome! Hope you like it!

Hello everyone, and Happy Easter! 🐣

I’m excited to introduce my newest design: the RT5 Turbo — one of my favorite hot hatch models I’ve created so far. This model is an alternative build for the 10295 official set, made entirely from the parts included in that set.

The model includes many functional and detailed features:

• Opening doors

• Opening hood

• Rear engine cover

• Working steering connected to the steering wheel

• Detailed engine bay

• Detailed interior

Built at approximately 1:13 scale, it matches the scale of the official set nicely and looks great displayed alongside it.

Hope you like it, thanks for looking!

Round two of Rogue Olympics had the theme word "Blue." I made a couple of creatures in the big blue sea.

Also posted over at Rogue Bricks with a picture of all the parts and some behind the scenes stuff (I also made a whale, which didn't make the cut): roguebricks.de/forum/index.php?thread/5504-the-big-blue/

It was cocky of me to try to build such a challenging creation during such a busy month for #novHENber, but I don't chicken out from a challenge. Thanks to [https://www.flickr.com/photos/syrdarian] and [https://www.flickr.com/photos/200955629@N06] for organizing this delightful challenge!

After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.

There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”

So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”

Happy weekend guys! Today I’m sharing my new project which features couple of me in Lego form, just like a matryoshka doll, and obviously we are all building the same thing, in my room. This is a fun scene to build, and I recreated different scales figures, accessories and rooms of my actual room.

I have this idea of creating a scene of myself building lego for quite a while, and I’m glad I made it work. The room layout is exactly the same as my home office, which I have some official lego sets and my own creations. Can you tell what do I have in this photo?

I’m having a video intro coming soon, and you’ll be able to see everything about this MOC, please stay tuned and hope you enjoy it.

The Rogue Olympics have started once again, with the first theme word being "Fragile." Reflecting this theme, I made a 97-year-old using 97 of the allowed 101 parts.

The parts used can be viewed on my entry over on RogueBricks:

This LEGO Model was built for InnovaLUGs ‘Week in the Style’ contest. For this specific week the description was to create a build with no exposed studs. That meant I mainly used tiles and headlight bricks for the structure, while using SNOT to create the groundwork.

With the restriction of time, there were certain features that I would have liked to include and may do in the future. Overall, this was a interesting build, definitely the smoothest LEGO Build I’ve done so far.

Thanks for looking!

The great leader was about to make his final journey through the digestive system of an owl.

My entry for the 2nd round of Bio-Cup 2020, the theme being "myths and folklore of Latin America". In Aztec-culture Mictlantecuhtli was the god of death. The model is based on a painting by Nikita Orlov.

This was built for RebelLUG's internal monthly prompt. The prompt was to build something that would fit in with the Archipelego Collab.

I am really proud of this one. This is definitely one of my favorite MOCs I've built. I pushed myself with the rock work, tree, different angles, and the use of colors I don't usually use. I also rarely build vehicles so the floating boat was also a nice challenge. I hope you enjoy!

Mûmak of Harad – Lord of the Rings

The Mûmakil, also known as Oliphaunts, were enormous elephant-like beasts ridden by the Haradrim in The Lord of the Rings. They featured prominently in Return of the King during the Battle of Pelennor Fields clashing against the Horse Lords of Rohan.

This model is based primarily on the Peter Jackson film version, while also taking a few creative liberties in the design and detailing. Build time took around four months and I’m very happy to have it done.

I’ll be displaying this build at the Christchurch Brick Show in July 2023 if you’d like to see it in person.

Thanks for looking.

I am very excited to present my entirely-rebuilt model, this time in real bricks and properly photographed! (please excuse my novice photoshop skills) It has been much too long in the works.

Next up are instructions!

I have yet to format about 80% of the pages. And I'm currently in school, so this may have to wait some time.

Stay tuned.

A fantasy collab MOC by Inthert and Waffles built as an homage to the bygone LEGO Elves theme.

While both of needed a break from building spaceships, we decided to go for something colourful and out of the ordinary. Isabelouise helped us with the concept and colour scheme, and suggested the idea of using the recent CMF Acorn Boys and Night Protectors as “fantasy elves” instead of minidolls.

As this idea had the potential to wow audiences of all ages and interests, we displayed this collab at Bricktastic Manchester and Reading Brick Show, where it won the hearts of many. The finished build is two halves - the Acorn Tree by Inthert and the cliff outpost by Waffles

Both are inspired by local coastlines and tropical seabeds, as well as fantastical elements.

Special thanks to Catherine for providing minidoll pieces, and Tim for the dragon and other animals.

This is my First Build for MOCAthalon 2016, held over on MOCPages.

The Category #6 - "It Creeps and it Crawls.

I have been wanting to build another Yavin 4 MOC for awhile, especially one with a Y-wing (which is my favorite Star Wars vehicle). I decided to use Jerac's design for a Y-Wing because none of mine were turning nearly as nice as his design. If you haven't go check out Jerac his instructions are on Brickvault's website. I used his initial design then modified it to my liking. I wanted to make the base bigger but I ran out of tan pieces. I had so much fun doing this build and I hope you enjoy!

This small build was inspired by a fantasy-style artwork I came across online. The piece depicted a small two-storey, sand-coloured house floating in the sky. While I originally intended to recreate that idea, I eventually moved away from the floating concept and instead focused on the house itself and the details throughout the build.

The most prominent feature is the curved roof. This was achieved by connecting 1×2 hinge elements with 1×2 tiles placed on top. Because the tiles sit on the studs of the hinges, they can shift slightly up or down, preventing them from aligning perfectly and helping to create the curved shape of the roof.

This build took quite some time to complete, as I experimented with a variety of techniques and rebuilt several sections along the way. In the end, I’m especially pleased with the small details and everyday scenes scattered throughout the model.

Thanks for looking!

About time I build a classic ship from Star Wars. But I had two goals in mind:

1. Make it perfectly minifig scale, no matter how big or how small.

2. Use the most unconventional LEGO pieces and techniques to get the shapes and proportions without delving into “illegal” territory.

Needless to say, I think I nailed it. Measuring just under 22 studs long, this matches up with the canonical length of 6.9 metres or 21 feet.

As for the parts usage... I think you can see for yourself. There are also some old rare bits that cost me more than I anticipated.

Built for the 2023 Rogue Olympics. 16 pieces.

My newest LEGO MOC from @disneyplus @obiwankenobi show. Haven’t built in a while and especially haven’t built Star Wars so it was fun to come back to the theme. Even though the setting for the duel is quite boring I tried to make it as interesting with adding the sand blue as well as using some weird pieces for the rockwork. Can’t wait to build some more Star Wars, what do you all think of the MOC. Cya soon and keep bricking! #lego #starwars #legostarwars #obiwankenobi #darthvader #legocreation

Fall of Shiganshina District | Attack on Titan

This scene recreates the Fall of Shiganshina from the anime Attack on Titan. It’s inspired by the opening episodes of the series and depicts the moment when the city’s wall is breached and civilians are pursued by giant humanoid creatures known as Titans.

From what I understand, the setting of the city in the show was heavily influenced by German medieval architecture from the 14th–15th century. This provided a large collection of reference images to work from, and I tried to make each building feel unique in its own way.

The Titan itself took some time to build, as I don’t often work on large figures. It ended up being a really fun challenge, and I’m especially glad I managed to include a minifigure in its mouth.

I’ve been a bit busy lately, but with New Zealand entering another lockdown I finally found the time to finish this build and take some photos.

Thanks for looking!

A quick final entry for Summer Joust 2025 Island Bound category.

Hey everyone!

I’ve been really sick for the past 2 weeks but this week I finally started recovering, and that means that I had a lot of spare time to play LEGO!

Ever since the first moment I opened Flickr, which was a few years before I registered here, I've wanted to build a big medieval house in this whimsical fantasy style, where everything looks like it’s on the verge of collapsing. Luke Watkins Hutchinson is one of the first people who inspired me to build medieval houses, as he is known for his awesome builds in this style.

Unfortunately, I never had enough pieces to create something like this until now. While such a house may seem average for many medieval builders, I struggled to construct anything of this scale for years due to a lack of parts, particularly for the walls. I got a lot of pieces on my birthday in April, which finally gave me the opportunity to build something bigger than usual. Still, I ran out of all lime, light bluish grey slopes and dark brown, but that does not really matter anymore because the MOC is finished.

Also, I want to thank everyone who has been helping me with techniques and useful advice in the BII server on Discord, that really helps me moving forward from adding details to my builds to photographing and editing them. I watched a few videos and read a few articles about colours, editing and photographing MOCs, which also helped me achieve the desired look.

So what I want to say is that building this type of house is something that I’ve dreamed about for a while, and I really hope you’ll enjoy it!

Here is the list of main inspirations for this MOC:

Eldford Barracks-GoC by Roanoke Handybuck

The Pilgrim by Joe (jnj_bricks)
