Nice set although not very sturdy some parts

Built for the sixth round of the 2023 Rogue Olympics, based on one of my all-time favorite Hot Wheels designs, "Sharkruiser".

67 parts.

The Citroen was also sitting

I’ve had this jeep based off of Andrew Somers’/ Chris Cowgill’s design built for almost a year but only just got around to adding rear suspension, rounding off the rear mud guards and optimizing pieces in the chassis. Lowkey flexing the official Lego Revan fig in the background

And, probably, I again took a shot like a scene from Wes Anderson's film :)

1938 Mercedes Benz 320 (Raiders Staff Car)

Kinda went crazy with the stickers on this one. It's built on top of my old version. Basically the Lego Mercedes of Theseus.

Car in second image is from the Lego Indiana Jones video games (credit to @DawgSpawn for the model!).

Saw www.flickr.com/photos/140205984@N05/ 's tuk tuk and got motiviated to build this three wheeler that I wanted to make for a while.

Cockpit and Functions

Lift-up Cover:

A smoothly lifted structure that ensures easy access for racers.

Liftable side covers:

Using Technic parts, the side panels on both sides are lifted up like Eurowing doors, showing the engine details inside and increasing playability.

Deformed structure

Tail End Deformation Structure: This is the most eye-catching feature, specially designed for different lane terrains to add more grip.

Overall appearance

Bullet streamlined design:

A large number of beveled and curved parts are used to make the whole racing car look like a bullet.

The four-out exhaust pipe and small rear wing can add to the visual effect of the exterior.

I'm a little late sharing these, but here they are anyway.

Lego cars and trucks were always decorative models for me. I never bothered to model many off of a specific real-life counterpart. However, recently, I've picked up a small case of petrolhead, and I took another look at the classic cars of Britain.

During a winter storm back in February, I sat down and focused on putting the same effort and detail as I did on trains with a car. This was the result.

I'm very happy with how this turned out; although it was a real nail-biter at times. Features that were particularly hellish were the mudguards and bonnet area, but it worked out great in the end. One of my favorite features is the use of the white technic rubber band as the grill outline, and remarkably I even managed to fit in the wrist-breaker starting handle below.

The last thing it needs is some proper stickers on the windshield and windows to give it a less boxy look. I'm incredibly pleased with how this turned out, and you can expect more vehicles from me in the future.

Rock Raiders Badger Mole

Here is my tribute to one of my favorite Lego themes growing up. I've always been a fan of massive 6 wheeled vehicles like the M-Tron Deep Core Magnetizer and thought that the Rock Raiders needed their juggernaut of a mining vehicle equipped with two huge drills, a massive laser (an upscale of the og laser from the sets), and defensive gun turrets to ward off dangerous rock monsters. The huge sloped turbines were upscaled from the original 2x3 Dark Turquoise Rock Raider slopes. It has a crew of 6 (two rear gunners, two drill operators, a laser turret controller, and driver).

Things don't always go as planned... Originally I wanted to show off a render of this in a cool lit cave using Cinema 4D as I usually do and show the process in another episode of Digitally Assembled. But no matter how powerful a machine one might have (and I truly do thanks to Puget Systems that is superior to any other machine I've ever used) there comes a point when you hit a wall with software capability. At 13,091 parts it is hard on its own in Bricklink Studio, but when exported/converted to fbx to be brought into Cinema 4D that equates to literal millions upon millions of polygons to the point where things are nearly unworkable.

All this to say- I want to do a proper render of this some day, but for now this is what I'll share until I can crack that formula for massive builds in C4D.

If you are a Rock Raiders fan, let me know what you think and please do share!

Special thanks to Simon Liu and Peter Carmichael for the helpful feedback while designing this.

More photos on my Instagram, but wanted to post something here, will also give more detailed shots of the cars soon. Wanted to build the MP4/4 and Monaco seemed like the perfect backdrop, given Ayrton Senna's iconic qualifying + crash in the race from the lead. Might try to make some other historic F1 cars so look out for that!

Might try making more cars!

This car is the sports car I dreamed of when I was young. It is made in a 6 wide way and uses many angles to present the overall effect

The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is a mid-engine sportscar produced by the Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini. In keeping with Lamborghini tradition, the Aventador is named after a Spanish fighting bull that fought in Zaragoza, Aragón, in 1993. The Aventador is the successor for the Murciélago and was made by hand in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy.

It is a studless Lego model in the 8 studs wide Speed Champions scale. Building instructions and more info on the links:

It's about time I shared what I've been up to recently. This is my layout project which has been slowly coming along since the beginning of 2020..until recently. With the last lego show before I leave for college almost a month away, I've been cranking away at getting this great project done.

It should be mentioned that a decent number of my builds are hidden off camera, or at least have yet to be photographed and put online. Some make it to different platforms before others, but this is the first bigger reveal of this project and I'm excited to show you what it looks like when it's all done. I've been making so many buildings and models that I can't keep up with sharing them, so what you see in these photos will be shown in greater detail later on.

One of the big things the layout lacks however is a name for the village that it will be based around. The signal box sign says "Wickford", however I don't think this will be the final name. Any suggestions?

Many more photos to come. It's already looking spectacular and i can't wait until it's finished. Enjoy!

This is a small car that I've built on the 10 wide RC chassis, I was limited with this one, so I couldn't add that much of details or functional elements with that big RC chassis, but I think it turned out ok, any way it's your call, so hope you like it.

Simple interior lines, with a cold color combo of white and blue, notice the minifig head as a shifter ;P

At first: All you can see is LEGO. The last few days I‘ve realized a long wish, building a Ford GT40. I ❤️ these colors. It was a real model job to create the number out of LEGO stickers, so this model scene idea was born. Visit my account at Instagram: www.instagram.com/_derjoe_/?hl=de

A classic Brittish car - here driven by Siegfried Farnon, the famous veterinay from All Creatures Great and Small.

NEW HASHIMA(端島) Isn't just a bunch of buildings , it's also a busy city with cars and trucks.

As we were all madly creating cubes and towers I asked the group: "Do we have cars for the road?" The answer was apparently not ... so I decided to spend the last hour of each build session working on some street vehicles. The first set I did was this truck and some variations of the first design.

The first one you can tell was built when I was still heavily building my Police station and shared the exact same colour scheme. shhhh....

With seating for 2 figs, interior and exterior details as well Hydrogen tank included😀

Wanted to make a 6 wide car MOC for a while (ever since LEGO changed to this format). As a child LEGO cars were always 4 studs wide. When I rediscovered LEGO in 2006 many vehicles were 6 wide.

Medium blue is one of my favorite LEGO colors and I had just enough parts in this color to create this car.

Which LEGO wheels thats available determines a lot before i start building a car.

In this case i had to go way back to find something suitable for a 1930's car.

I ended up with these from the 70's.

For sure the oldest parts i have used so far.

Lego build of Mak Residence by Lars Langberg Architects. The house can be divided into several parts and is fully furnished. About 6600 bricks. Computer rendering but only existing bricks/colors were used.

One MOC (left) and one based on a model from a Lego book. I changes a bit the design.

With its rugged engine and spartan interior, the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 series has been exhaustingly modified, used, and abused by groups ranging from Soviets in 1980s Afghanistan to militias in modern Somalia.

The world... of the Knight Rider.

This will be my last Knight Rider image for now. Here we have something a little different than the first two images. Dare I say I went a little more 2017 here with the lighting, effects and composition. I've always loved the idea of seeing KITT in a modern setting being filmed with modern production values, and so this is may take on it - in LEGO form of course! Hope you all have enjoyed these. Next up…? We're back to space!

You can check out my previous two Knight Rider photographs Here and here.

It is done! I barely can believe it myself, after 5 years on flickr I can post my very first completed build.

So happy with how this build turned out, managed to jam in all the details I aimed to.

Built in just three weeks, the Hoonigan third-gen Camaro sports Chevy’s new $37,000 632 cubic-inch 1,000 horsepower crate engine.

Here I was talking about the real car, because my LEGO version took way more than 3 weeks to build!

Built at the scale of 1:16 , this Big Block Camaro took me nearly 2 months to build, it's one of my favorite cars so I spent lots of time and efforts on this to get it as accurate as possible in LEGO form.

Model has many functions including opening doors, rear trunk and working steering, which is usually hard to add when using these wheel arches! Model also has every possible detail on the engine and the interior.

Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

I tried making this car on the basis of my Checker cab, but I never posted because it just didn't work well. This is a fresh chasis, and I think the shaping turned out way better.

Only the classics can surpass the classics. This time I did not specify the Porsche of that era. I just wanted to design this car. I have shortened the length by one wide. It really looks very streamlined.

Made another round of modifications to the LP700-4, further shortened the bonnet/nose area, and reduced the gaps around the headlights.

Modded the rear end a little too, and with the new speed champions vehicle base it's now able to fit 2 minifigs.

A true 4-wide. With its little two stroke engine and mostly resin exterior, "Trabbis," as they're endearingly called, became a symbol of the destitute DDR.

Though a commercial car, the East German army produced a Trabant Kübelwagen as its primary utility car starting in 1966 due to the design's simplicy and low cost. An East German Jeep?

I'm planning on making a DDR moc with another car, so stay tuned.

Some time ago I was watching one of my favorite Indiana Jones films, The Last Crusade. During the epic chase scene in the deserts of Hatay, I noticed the strange car used as the escort vehicle for the convoy. I thought it was some cool WWI-era armored car, but of course I later found out it looked strange because it was French.

I made a concept build to try and mimic the iconic torpedo-shaped hood with the intake gills, and I came up with something that came close. I kept adding on little tidbits to the concept model of the front of the car until I decided, what the heck, let's just finish the stinking thing.

In the end, I'm glad I modeled the car, because it was different and like my other models brought new challenges to the table. I hope it provides some ideas to other builders interested in this era of cars, where cars were much lankier and bare-boned, yet still had many fine curves.

I have some more vehicle MOCs to share in the near future, but I'll probably be sharing more layout progress and building models next for the sake of model diversity. Enjoy!

Inspired by the art of Longque Chen, here is my version of his Big Foot post-apocalyptic vehicle.

At first i wanted to build a Lamborghini Aventador, in that process i discovered

the Lamborghini Centenario and i quickly decided to build that instead.

I have never had so much fun building a car like this, all those crazy angles and color combinations made every part of it fun an challenging.
