A simple yet powerful demonstration on Fixed Mindset and Growth Mindset using cups and water.

In the activity, one cup was kept upright to represent a growth mindset — open to receiving learning, ideas, and opportunities. Another cup was kept upside down to represent a fixed mindset closed and not ready to receive new learning.

When water was poured, the upright cup could receive it easily, while the upside-down cup could not.

This helped students understand that our mindset determines how we learn and grow. A growth mindset keeps us open to knowledge and improvement, while a fixed mindset limits our learning.

The session encouraged students to stay open, curious, and ready to learn new things.
