OK I concede that sometimes old film is just too old. I think I'm going have a lot of fun with this lens though.

On 30 March 1954 the Toronto Transit Commission opened the first line of the city's Subway system - the Yonge Subway. This folding leaflet describes the route of the Subway and associated tram, bus and trolleybus routes as well as explaining the use of the Subway; the ticketing, transfers, stations and signs. This section looks at the stations showing architecture and signs as well as details of the various transfer ticket and token machines.
I've had to scan it in several sections given the dimensions of the foldout leaflet. Someone has added the date of November 19 1954 and I can only presume this was the date of their first trip!
Folded leaflets are still one of the best ways for companies to market themselves to a broad target audience. Azimuth Print uses 130GSM gloss art paper to ensure a high-quality finish and our leaflets range in size from A6 to A3. Batches can consist of as few as 25 or as many as 30,000 leaflets and deliveries can be made to UK mainland addresses within five working days. www.azimuthprint.co.uk/printing/folded-leaflets/
I was very pleased to be able to provide two images for the Epilepsy Society (UK) last year. The photos posted here on Flickr were used for information leaflets provided by them.
