Raindrops on a bulrush leaf

I was taking a walk in the woods early one morning, and while pretty much everything was still in shade/shadow, there was one single beam of light filtering down through the canopy and illuminating this little grouping of leaves.

The days are getting shorter, the sunlight weaker. I sit outside and enjoy the delicate rays of sun on my face, like this still green leaf.
