You want to understand your 80 / 20, apply this principle. You're probably making 80% of your revenue off of 20% of your inventory. The same thing works for your top traffic pages. You're making 80% of your traffic off of 20% of your pages. The majority of those pages are probably your highest revenue pages or lead generation pages. They probably have high bounce rates. If any page has a higher bounce rate than 55%, that's an opportunity for you to improve.

I was a little suprised to see that more people didn't turn out to see what Jason had to say, but the panel was held at a b-class business hotel in downtown Los Angeles on a week night, and traffic is brutal in L.A.
Jason's perspective on how you become influential on the blogosphere was what was most intereting. He explained the importance of participating in discussions with those blogs attracting the largest audience in your sector, by commenting and linking to posts you find intersting.
