A cloudy day in Snowdonia but the calm of Llyn Dinas caught my eye whilst passing. A busy photo with so much going on including the reflection!
Llyn Dinas is a lake near Beddgelert, Gwynedd in north Wales. It is formed by the River Glaslyn
Llyn Dinas lies on the valley floor a few miles north of Beddgelert at an altitude of about 55 metres above sea level. It has an area of 60 acres (240,000 m2) and is fairly shallow, with the maximum depth only 10 metres. The lake offers good fishing for salmon and trout.

Oberg Mountain is a 3 mile moderate hike. High overlooks along Oberg give wonderful views of Lake Superior, Oberg Lake and Moose Mountain.
I was disappointed when I saw that most of the trees were beyond peak colors. It was still a fun hike on a nice fall day.

Un petit coucher de soleil sur les vignes d’Apremont en savoie.
Il s’agit d’un HDR réalisé avec Photomatix 4 à partir de 19 RAW (de 1/4000s à 1s). J’ai ensuite utilisé Photoshop pour le post traitement.
On me demande souvent comment je procède pour mes photos. En fait c’est assez simple ! Je crée le HDR avec Photomatix. Ensuite avec Photoshop j’utilise le plug-in « NIK COLOR EFEX PRO » et notamment ces 2 paramètres : « glow glamour » et « tonal contrast ». Ensuite avec Photoshop j’utilise les masques de fusion pour jouer de manière sélective sur les niveaux, les contrastes et la saturation. Enfin j’utilise un autre plug-in, « Noiseware Pro » pour éliminer le bruit. Et en gros c’est tout !

A sunset on the vineyards of Apremont in France.
It’s an HDR tonemapped with Photomatix 4 from 19 RAW (1/4000s to 1s). I used Photoshop for the post processing.
I have many e-mail who ask me how i proceed with my photos. Is very simple ! I create the HDR with Photomatix 4. Then with Photoshop I use the plug - in "NIK COLOR EFEX pro" in particular these 2 parameters: " glow glamour " and " tonal contrast ". Then with Photoshop I use the masks of fusion to adjust in a selective way the levels, the contrasts and the saturation. Finally I use the another plug - in, "Noiseware Pro" to eliminate the noise.
