Lakeside Park in Kingsville, Ontario, one of my favourite destinations, is situated on the north shore of Lake Erie. Mill creek runs through the park and eventually empties into the lake.

"Thank you very much for all your faves and stay healthy" 😃
A deserted beach on Lake Erie was a lovely spot to be at on this October evening. The trees were just beginning to change colour and were accented by the golden glow from the falling sun.

On the lake shore at Wallagoot Lake. This lake currently flows into the adjacent Tasman Sea due to and exceptionally wet year. Sometimes it is closed to the ocean for fairly long periods. It is mainly fresh water but when connected to the ocean is affected by incoming tidal sea water.
On the shores of Lake Pukaki on New Zealand's South Island. Lake Pukaki is the largest of three roughly parallel alpine lakes running north-south along the northern edge of the Mackenzie Basin on New Zealand's South Island. The Lake was created when the terminal moraines of receding glaciers blocked their respective valleys, forming moraine-dammed lakes.
The glacial feed to the lakes gives them a distinctive blue colour, created by glacial flour, the extremely finely ground rock particles from the glaciers. Lake Pukaki covers an area of 178.7 km², and the surface elevation of the lake normally ranges from 518.2 to 532 metres above sea level.
