In our daily life, how can one have dissociation between ego and Self? What efforts are needed to achieve this dissociation? What is the eligibility, or qualifications needed to attain the knowledge of the Self?

A little year in review. I have formed my own little tradition of doing this the last day of the year... and a whole lot has happened this year. ▪️I worked my first full year with an awesome company as a sales rep. ▪️I moved out of Ohio to Maryland. Frederick the great. ▪️I bought a house! ▪️I ran a lot. 3 ultra-marathons and a couple marathons. Boston qualified once more! ▪️Watched my brother marry the girl of his dreams. ▪️Saw my best friends move to Florida and NYC. Like any year, it’s had its ups and downs. But the sun will always come up. And, at the end of the day, we have hope. That’s really all we need ✌ #Limitless #KnowThyself #HappyNewYear
