Taken last night during a fun photo shooting session with local buddies Vedd, Ariffin and RoCKET.

5 exposures HDR, tonemapped with Photomatix, and then blended back the light trails from a normal exposure, since light trails looks pretty messy in HDR because of the multiple exposures! I originally planned to do that shot using Digital Blending, but I got too tired and lazy last night...

More KL shots in my Malaysia Set, or night cityscapes in my Night Photography Set.

The complete HDR set.

My most interesting pictures according to flickr.

okay just about two weeks after me ending my HDR class with vedd i have an opportunity to upload a picture that i edited myself using the technique learned. a bit about this vertorama, it is not a good enough because you can see the ghosting effect there which is totally out for HDR. I have no extra time to get a set of exposure images to do HDR since i am so busy with my program here at UTM, but hopefully this week back to penang will get multiple exposure images to do HDR. YeaY!

p/s : this picture is specially dedicated to ms. Intan Rashid, having a passion is also a good thing. (:

The KL Tower Facade Lighting exercise involves the lighting up of the whole tower, from the ground floor to the top of the antenna mast, with LED lights.

KL Tower has installed 80 LED lights for the tower shaft, 160 lights for the tower head and 12 LED lights for the antenna mast. The tower lights can be seen as far as 10 km away while the lights at the tower head can even be seen from Genting Highland.

Dating from 1996 and standing at a height of 1,381 feet the KL Tower stands prominent and located slightly away from the central business district and the other city central skyscraper.

The Petronas Towers (452 m), also known as the Petronas Twin Towers (Malay: Menara Petronas, or Menara Berkembar Petronas), are twin skyscrapers. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH)'s official definition and ranking, they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 and remain the tallest twin towers in the world. The buildings are a landmark of Kuala Lumpur, along with nearby Kuala Lumpur Tower.
