The soft music from this violinist pierced the busy marketplace. It's nice to see today's young musicians getting interested and picking up classical instruments. It's refreshing from today's often overdone electric pop.
Found this little kitten at Hart Park today. Poor little guy had been abandoned at the park and then sprayed by a skunk. My friend took him home and is going to keep him. It's so sad anyone could abandon any animal.

Perhaps Simkha's desires are not very sophisticated. Perhaps he wants to remain a kitten for as long as possible and sleep on my lap, like in this photo. In any case, my wish is for him to be as affectionate, sweet and attached to me as an adult as he is now, when he is not yet four months old. I am lying on the reclining chair and Simha is on my legs.

These are two feral kittens our daughter adopted. They are calming down a bit now and allowing the grandsons to pet them. Archie, the one on his hind legs, is the friendlier of the two.
Leo is so cute when he is tired. His grandmom plays with him all day. When I come home he runs to the door to greet me. He is just the cutest cat.
The leader but never wants to miss out on anything.
I'm going to miss these mini cats but I still have them for another couple of weeks.
I brought this baby in from my basement where a feral cat brought him in along with his siblings I am guessing about a week before a blizzard we had here in New England. I would believe he is about 3 weeks old, maybe 4. He was not a bit happy about being photographed. lol He still has a bit of milk left on his face because I had just fed him :)
They are tucked in warm in a crate with a little box and have warm milk in their bellies. :) I will be rehoming them when they are big enough to eat on their own.
I hate the on camera flash just as much as anyone but until I get my camera to the shop to see if they know why my Speedlite is not communicating with my camera, this had to do for today. It is sharper than indoor light on a rainy day for sure ;-)

My two sister kittens are getting bigger! Six months old now. They are very closely bonded. This is Tipper (in back) and Cookie (in the front).
Image came to me last night, when Nala was following the mouse/cursor movement around on my computer screen. You might recognize my beloved calico, Alabama. She has been my computer screen background for several years. So when Nala was chasing the cursor with her paw, she was touching Alabama's face. It was an emotionally vivid super-charged moment. I tried getting it with the cell phone, no chance. When Nala hopped on the computer table again this morning, I gave it another try with my "real" camera and flash. Pretty intense. It's really intense if you check it large and double-large, just Nala's head with Allie behind.
