Husband at play. Part of my self imposed photographic challenge for the T189 group. To convay, through portraits of the hands of my family, friends, aquaintances and others something of their personalities or interests.
Here in their first clear public appearance, all five are piled up in the traditional cheesebox. All their eyes are open, and they bumble around the nest in uncoordinated fashion, trying to investigate everything.

Kit has moved out into his new home. This was his final challenge to Kaiya.He is sitting in her bean bag bed!
A very cool rgb mood lamp kit based on 2n7000 mosfets on a ring oscillator conection.
The output of the first mosfet triggers the output of the second and so on!
Lay back and watch the fade off/fade on effect between transitions of the colours!

I made 10 of these kits today. They will be built this Monday by the students in my Makers class. Hopefully they will be put to immediate use as the fireflies have just started. It is a modification of an idea I saw in a Lowes creative ideas magazine.
