On King St. in Downtown Charleston, SC. I tried my 18/55mm lens for our night walk down King St. Wanted to be able to keep the ISO down on some hand held night shots. Too much going on to use a tripod.

Highlighting the cloud was to create both a sense of volume and of spilling over the edge of the building.
