This is Upton Avenue, between 43rd and 44th Streets, in southwest Minneapolis. I think of this commercial block as downtown Linden Hills. This photo was taken at night after a heavy snowfall.

A showing of animatronic Dinosaurs in the Fair Ground parking lot. Corny, but the kids seemed to like it.

Down on Colman Beach in Morro Bay Harbor. I think the dog is just keeping an eye out as the kid is way into ....whatever he is doing.

A couple have asked how I did this...Manual Focus and LOTS of shots! I also used a Velvia PS script.
Just a visual marker for myself. Not quite happy with the outcome because of that light spot between the numbers, but I had to improvise with the lighting and it will have to do.
I'm looking forward to a colourful new year full of improvising, make do and kid stuff.

This is my second variation on the theme Foglie - leaves. I really enjoy playing with my imaginatin, colours, textures.... This one riminds me to small wood spirits elfs, dwarfs, trolls... so I called it Norwegian wood. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Today I am without fever but cough is unbearable. Happy weekend to all :)))

She's as taleted as sweetheart. I love her and her illustration works,
that are always brilliant and delicate.

I saw this lonely kite snagged in the upper branches of a small grove of trees near the beach and I immediately thought of Charlie Brown and his doomed attempts at playing with kites.
