I am of the belief that this plant was originally in the temperature and humidity controlled environment of the Tropical Plants Pyramid House at the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney but with the renovation/closure of that facility about 18+ months ago it was moved outside to a north facing position under established rainforest trees where it appears to be doing well.

The plant was labelled as Pittosporum wingii but good sleuthing by Macropneuma drew my attention to this error as the plant does not key out as Pittosporum wingii. After looking at the CSIRO KEY and KEYBASE my belief is that the plant needs to be re-labelled as Pittosporum rubiginosum although possibly Pittosporum trilobum could not entirely be ruled out, hence the id2bchecked tag.

These images were taken in March 2013. I was there again a month later, in late April 2014, and the plant had finished flowering. Unfortunately I did not stop to re-examine the plant so will do so at my next visit.

We live in the Seattle area and met for coffee to discuss keybase.io and common interests in digital identity and digital document technologies and standards.

when the idea of #socialmedia was new in 2006, I tried out a new service called #twitter. 1/

Since 2006 #socialmedia and #twitter has exploded in usage, #good and #bad. Few envisaged how it would be

used and misused. 2/

In 2006 I noticed an inflection point where people I knew from services like #flickr and other websites made the move to #twitter 3/

I see a similar inflection point with a new types of services. The one I'm particularly interested in is #keybase. 4/

Q, Do you use #keybase?

Q. How did you find it?

Q. What do you use #keybase for? 5/
