Sinterklaas bracht mij deze prachtig beren-piek voor de kerstboom, blij dat ik hem nu kan gebruiken.

Saint Nicholas brought me this beautiful bear peak for the Christmas tree, glad I can use it now.

Let me introduce this little man, the very important Magic-Santa Claus and his first-and-only Assistent. They work in a top secret place and have a very important task to perform.

Do you know how all those big presents fit into the tiny sacks, that all Santa's carry? Well, this little Magic-Santa Claus has great magical powers and transforms everything into very tiny and very light objects, so the Santa's don't have to carry too much weight either.

Once touched by a human the presents immediately change back into their normal proportions. This process is so quickly, not noticeable for the human eye.

I was able to visit them, but I don't remember how ............. Suddenly I was there and then the next moment back in my house again.

All that's left is this one and only photo of them... I think Magic-Santa Claus put a spell on me too ;-)

2025 wat een jaar...

Een jaar dat gelukkig gevuld was met veel liefde van familie en vrienden want er waren veel moeilijke momenten en dankzij deze mensen zijn we er nog... Want voor sommige is het nog niet duidelijk wat voor moeilijke momenten er waren in de 2de helft van 2025. En ondanks deze moeilijke momenten vinden bepaalde zogezegde "vrienden" het leuk om mensen een mes in de rug te steken en onwaarheden gaan rond vertellen. Aan deze mensen wens ik maar 1 ding... KARMA. (De rest ga ik voor mezelf houden😅)

2026 zal een jaar vol uitdagingen worden. Maar ook een jaar vol met vriendschappen en veel liefde voor de juiste personen! Wij zijn er helemaal klaar voor en wensen al onze echte vrienden en familie het allerbeste voor een gezond en gelukkig nieuwjaar!!!

Op de foto zien we de Pairi Daiza express die prachtig voorzien werd van kerstlichtjes en vlak na zonsondergang zijn rondjes mocht rijden doorheen het prachtige park op 30 december 2025. Het was voor mij dan ook de laatste foto die ik kon maken in 2025.

In this little chapel of the brotherhood S. Maria dei Bianchi you will see a marvelous Perugino: the beautiful 1504 fresco The Adoration of the Magi.

I'm neither a typical collector of stamps, nor a stamp dealer. I'm only a stamp photograph. I'm fascinated of the fine close-up structures which are hidden in this small stamp-pictures. Please don't ask of the worth of these stamps - the most ones have a worth of a few cents or still less.

By the way, I wanna say thank you to all flickr users who have sent me stamps! Great! Thank you! Someone sent me 3 or 5 stamps, another one sent me more than 20 stamps in a letter. It's everytime a great surprise for me and I'm everytime happy to get letters with stamps inside from you!
