A few of my close friends and family, especially my Mum, throw around a quote that I myself have laid claim to in the past as being ME. "My good opinion once lost is lost forever."
What many don't know, or I just haven't corrected them, is how true this is to the person I am. I can't say it is a correct view to take with you out into this world, but I can say it is an "easy" notion to practice. The full quote says this:

It is, I believe, too little yielding—certainly too little for the convenience of the world. I cannot forget the follies and vices of other so soon as I ought, nor their offenses against myself. The quote and the silly or valid practice of it aside, bitterness can and will only get you so far. My day was such an example. So we make lemonade or we "Just keep swimming" as was my remark to Mum when we were out an about. Sometimes I really hate saying encouraging things to my loved ones when I know I should listen to those words too...because nine times out of ten they come back to "haunt" me in the voice of the person I was encouraging (insert smile).
Quick note about the photo as I'm already late in posting because of the internet going down: Lemons and Tacky Glue on your skin don't feel so grand. Plus because I did my fair share of crying today the lemons hurt my eyes even more. Oh the designs of a photographer...

I wanted to create a banner that could be reproduced like a party banner and hung anywhere that people might need imploring to Keep Going. Originally, I wanted to hang it over the footbridge at Nantwich railway station so others who commute on the same train as me would maybe feel better about facing the day. Or in the direct eyeline of the treadmills at a gym. Draped across a bush to catch a high school student's eye. Wherever.
The idea is that, eventually, a whole alphabet will exist, and anyone will be able to reproduce whichever they need to spell out their own motivational slogan.
That's so true. Still I waste so many hours of my life thinking about past. Four years ago, becouse of anorexia I was much skinnier and since then I have been accusing myself of being fat ass, even though I'm healthy weight now. I have a lot of work to do : with my body, with my mentality and with my self confidence. But the important thing is to look forward, not backward. Past always look happier, couse we don't remember painful things the way they hurt us before. That's why we should work on happy moments at present and don't care about things that upset us. They gonna dissappear soon and only wonderful experiences will stay with us.
