The breast is made up of glands known as lobules that could make milk and thin tubes known as ducts that bring the milk from the lobules to the nipple. Breast tissue also consists of fat and connective tissue, lymph nodes, and blood vessels. But breast most cancers remains the main purpose of cancer death in women, second only to lung cancer. So, in the spirit of heightening attention and awareness towards Breast Cancer here are a few facts that are must be known:
1.The common type of breast cancer is a ductal carcinoma, which begins in the cells of the ducts.
2.Most breast cancer, about eighty-five percent happens in women who’ve no circle of relatives’ records of breast cancer.
3.Men can also get breast cancer.
4.Younger women who smoke have a higher risk of breast cancer than their non-smoking friends.
5.Not all people desire genetic screening for breast cancer. Only approximately 2 percent of girls meet the tips for screening.
6.Women who are diagnosed with most cancers earlier than age 40 have an almost 4.5-fold expanded risk of growing any other breast most cancers.
7.If you have diagnosed with breast most cancers, a 2nd opinion is a must-have.

I love black&white pictures . I am happy with the woman I have become. Strong but sometimes weak . I am worth it . I am not perfect and i don’t want that also being perfect, I want to stay being myself then i am happy . I am not the most beautiful woman, but I am not the ugliest either. I am just me a normal regular woman , sometimes crazy in a positive way, sometimes funny , sometimes a weirdo . But i don’t mind . I can be stubborn also but I don’t mind . Today was an awareness day for anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. The semi-colon is to remind us of an author who could have chosen to end a sentence but kept writing instead. From their facebook page, "The sentence is your life, and the author is you." You never know what storms rage inside someone else's thoughts. The Bois de Boulogne is a large public park located along the western edge of the 16th arrondissement of Paris, near the suburb of Boulogne-Billancourt and Neuilly-sur-Seine. The land was ceded to the city of Paris by the Emperor Napoleon III to be turned into a public park in 1852.
It is the second-largest park in Paris, slightly smaller than the Bois de Vincennes on the eastern side of the city. It covers an area of 845 hectares (2088 acres), which is about two and a half times the area of Central Park in New York and slightly less (88%) than that of Richmond Park in London.
The Bois de Boulogne contains two artificial lakes and eight artificial ponds, connected by three artificial streams. They receive their water from a canal drawn from Ourq River and from artesian wells in Passy. The water arrives in the Lac Superieur (Upper Lake), built in 1852 and located near the Hippodrome de Auteil, then flows by gravity to the Grand Cascade and then to the Lac Inferieur, or Lower Lake.
The Lac Inferieur (1853) is the largest lake in the park, near the large lawns of Muette. The area is very popular with joggers, and boats can be rented on the lower lake from 15 February to the end of October. The lake is the home to many swans and ducks. An island in the lake, accessible by boat, contains the city's only monument to the Park's builder, Napoleon III; a small wooden kiosk at the end of the island, called the Kiosk of the Emperor.

事後問小白是否很開心升呢做教練，並會否在泰國執教？小白說：「很開心！十一級榮譽相等於在泰國可執教教授古泰拳，但我就對腳部動作較有信心，師傅出名係魔鬼教練，之前我試過30秒快腳踢了37下，雙腳落地仍在腳震震，仲畀師傅笑我軟腳蟹！但我好有信心好快破1分鐘66腳的紀錄，手部動作就要多鍛鍊，我要再下多幾成工夫先敢教學生，費事誤人子弟啦 !」
