Yes, I admit I like JWM Hotel chain in everywhere in this world, because of :

1. The bed + pillows.

2. The Bathtub ( yes I like spent my time in Bathtub ^_^ )

3. The Hospitality of all the staff

JWM Surabaya a bit oldies decoration + equipments. However, since they would like to laundry my dirty sport shoes once I requested it...it's totally amazing service for me as their guest. That's another point I'll be their loyal guest as well ^_^
