These days will pass. Sometimes I have to go inward to find the way out. One positive thing about that is that I don't have to leave the house to do it.
White Pelicans are a rare sight here on the Belmont lagoons. Brown Pelicans are much more common, They are usually just passing through
Spotted this Rose Breasted Grosbeak a few times today, checking out the different feeders. He seemed to prefer the safflower seed feeder, but before he headed there, he paused on this perch long enough for me to grab this shot.
We're starting to feel more confident the Grosbeaks are "back" as they are migrating north. In the past few weeks we've started to see them at the feeders more frequently. So hopefully over the next few days we'll have even more stopping by! Which hopefully translates into more photo ops!
This afternoon I "hid" in the sunroom with a window cracked and was able to get a few shots, including this one.
