"Manolita Chen" is a choreography by Marcos Morau, the artistic director of the Spanish company La Veronal. It was created as a commissioned work in Beijing by invitation of the Beijing Dance Theatre and reflects impressions Morau gained while looking from the Far East towards the West. The title is a reference to the Chinese circus theatre founded by Chen Tse-Ping and Manolita Chen in 1950: a Spanish company with 50 international artists that toured for 40 years from 1950.

We visited a nearby arboretum recently for a change of scenery, braving the cold to enjoy one of the first sunny weekends in ages.
It was a pleasure to see this group of ducks were still there, a handful of Mallards and this white one, like one big happy family.
Almost on que as I took some photos the big white one decided to show off for the camera. Just a quick little dance - perhaps enjoying a break from the rain, too?

3rd HONORABLE MENTION WINNER - 2018 TEXAS PHOTO FESTIVAL PHOTO COMPETITION
JusDance is an annual event, pepole from all walk of life. Toddlers to seniors. Everyone come as they are, Freely express themselves through dance and movements in the park to music arranged by local dancers. Photo capturing part of the crowd at the end of the event where dancers have joined hands and form a large circle, then slowly come close together at the center. Expressing their love, hugging, laughing and I think there were some crying too.
For a brief moment, in the microcosm. We can truly live as one
I can't get enough of this amazing dance track. This song is so awesome, and I can't believe how much I love it (seriously, the love for this song is so strong that it defies logic).
Seriously. Listening to it on repeat. This is definitely going to be my song of the summer... I feel it.
Do yourself a favor, and give in to the amazingness that flows HEAVY from this Lady Gaga track!

One of the best nights ever XD
Lady Gaga concert in Odyssey Arena, Belfast.
She was so amazing, puts on quite the show! I loved her set, her countless costume changes, her witty humour, her amazing voice, her legendary dance routines, her all round weirdness.. It was an epic show! :)
I got pretty close and managed to smuggle my Sony A100 in with the nifty fifty, but sadly arms and heads infront spoiled a lot of my shots. However, i do like this one, look how cool she is!

Primeiramente, gostaria de avisar que FUI DENUNCIADA AQUI NO FLICKR por uma coisa que não posso comentar aqui, se não perco minha conta. Podem me perguntar no Twitter que eu conto, mas aqui eu só posso dizer que o motivo foi inútil e sem fundamento. Então se eu desaparecer, é pq perdi mesmo :/
Esse tema foi sugerido pela Raíssa Ramos há alguns meses já. Gostei muito dele por ser diferente, mas fiquei um bom tempo pensando no que fazer. Como não acompanho muito a Lady Gaga, não sabia bem oq desenhar pra representar ela, mas como foi um pedido da Raíssa, eu não poderia deixar de fazer, então vi alguns clipes e saiu essa nail art. Espero que pelo menos as fãs tenham aprovado!

Lady Gaga at Odyssey Arena, Belfast.

This concert was unbelievable.
I queued for 5 hours in the lovely Northern Irish weather (freezing, pissing down) outside the Odyssey before the doors opened and I snagged a great spot at front row. Getting frostbite was totally worth it though when Gaga appeared, we were literally a few feet away from her!
She put on such a show, and even though I'd been to the same tour in February, it felt totally new! There were a few different costumes, the song arrangement was a little different and my view had improved drastically!
The highlight for me is when Gaga sat right in front of us on the runway and sang, everyone was reaching out for touch her hand.. I gave her a peace sign and peace'd me back! :) Totally made my night.
So now you know how Gaga obsessed I am, go check out the rest of the pictures! And catch the tour yourself!
Oh and in other news, I got a new camera :)
I got a Sony A580, it's totally awesome but it's NOT actually the camera i used for this concert shoot. I used my friend Kara's Sony A55 as it is much smaller and easier to smuggle into the arena to take pictures! It's a class little camera may I add.
