Studying Russian has come to be popular today globally. It may be that you have by this time taken the plunge into learning Russian when you heard Russian words said in a song, in a movie, or written in a book (in a footnote). Perhaps you wished for learning some cool popular Russian expressions. You asked Google and YouTube seeking for a Russian pronunciation manual to pick up elementary Russian spelling and pronunciation. Or maybe you felt up to learning how to write and speak Russian and you were curious how to write Cyrillic in English letters.
On this Internet page you can come across general phrases in English translated to Russian. Besides, you can find Russian language audio in MP3 files and learn most popular Russian sayings. However, language acquisition is not restricted to learning the Russian pronunciation. You need to get a speaking picture of the word into your head, and you can do it on this webpage by learning frequent Russian words with pictures. And much more! You can not only listen to online audio of Russian phrases and words, but see how those words are pronounced by watching a video and learning the translation of the word! At last, to make the pictures of the words sink into your mind, this Internet resource has a pronunciation handbook in English letters. So, as you can see, we use a wide complex of learning means to help you win in studying Russian through English.
At present you can come across numerous free resources for studying Russian: YouTube channels, podcasts, Internet resources and pages like this one which can help you pick up orthography, pronunciation, useful Russian expressions, speaking, grammar, Russian Cyrillic alphabet. However, all these webresources give you non-structured language information, and this may make things vague for you. To dispose of uncertainty and get organized understanding as well as to save your time, you need a Russian teacher because that’s their concern to structure the material and provide you with what you need the most. An instructor is aware of your weaknesses and strengths, your specific pronunciation and knows how to reach your learning goals. You only need to rely upon your instructor and revel in your pro-level Russian language 6 months later.

Stumbled upon this design on the Selectors page but it doesn't seem to be live on the rest of the site (yet).
Overall not particularly impressed - much harsher on the eye than the previous wiki version but then the lighter tones of the wiki worked much better for me.
The logotype and rounded corners just seem quite cliched in this context - a c.1980s StarTrekNextGeneration futuristic?
Am I being too harsh? Nice that the search is more prominent but the whole design just doesn't work for me
