John Resig is a JavaScript Tool Developer for the Mozilla Corporation and the author of the book Pro JavaScript Techniques. He's also the creator and lead developer of the jQuery JavaScript library. Currently, John is located in Boston, MA. He's hard at work on his second book, Secrets of the JavaScript Ninja.

I have a working version of this using jQuery, but I am still not satisfied with giving users the ability to modify their profile colors. It just makes the page look ugly (of course I intentionally mismatched the colors). Maybe I will find a better solution or limit the areas to color edit.

Adam J. Sontag is a New York City-based developer dedicated to helping newcomers and veterans alike increase their familiarity and skill with jQuery and jQuery UI. A co-host of the yayQuery podcast and member of the jQuery UI Developer Relations team, he loves informing and entertaining the jQuery community. And yes, you are the first person to notice that he looks like the comedian Carrot Top.
This was the original mockup of a team website. I've implemented it as a single html page with external stylesheet and a javascript gluecode to put it together, while it still worked fine without javascript.
We renamed it the team to Incubation later, and replaced the logo with the rather overused geeko button. Also the amout of data we needed to display grew in time and the concept slowly fell apart.
I liked the amount of sliding and fading in this, but have to admit it was lousy as a website. It was just like the flash sites we all hate, alas without any flash.
Richard D. Worth is a UI developer in the Washington, DC area. He is one of the lead developers of jQuery UI, a component framework built on top of jQuery, designed to make Rich Internet Applications as simple as jQuery has made Ajax. Richard is also a co-author of the upcoming book jQuery Cookbook.
