I saw an Iguana at the pet shop by chance. I felt familiar to the Iguana; the changes of colors to defense itself. We defense ourselves to get through the threats, and the anxieties. Confusions and anxieties start from the inside but it, in the end, is expressed out. It finally becomes real. Anxious imaginations, over self-protections…… All of these will put me, furthermore to everyone, in hopelessness. My edgy imaginations and vigilances give the same impressions to others. I should see myself only from inside. Don’t get disturbed. Self-confidence will make you stronger and much more stabled than self-defending.
