A hidden gem explored and shot in West Lothian (Scotland), just before the sun was taking over the whole scene.

Grizzly cubs jaw like this when they are trying to impress each other. Usually, this behaviour is closely followed by a wrestling match. Dogs exhibit similar behaviours.
If this bridge ever became an emoji it would be one of a dropped jaw, taken in Ronda, Spain. Happy belated Valentines day to anyone who cares about that shit.
My favorite barn find.
1969 Pontiac GTO.
Southern Alberta.
Please don't ask for its location, I won't tell, plus it's likely long gone by now, that's if the garage hasn't collapsed on it. Thank you.
That gap on the left shows how far the garage has slid on its foundation, pushed by high winds.
A spectacular and neglected fall call Linn jaw on the Linnhouse Water out of Edinburgh and close to Livingston.
A bit of a tricky route to get here but certainly worth it. Light wasn't at it's best and autumnal colours still a bit to go.
So, I opted for a ten minute exposure here to emphasise the dark, almost black, water.

My friend Jean-Marie asked for a real jaw-dropper. I skimmed through my photos and landed on this one.
Captured during an incredible journey with Juan Carlos Vindas of Neotropic Photo Tours. www.neotropicphototours.com.

Amazing northern lights display after sunset in Senja, Troms - Norway.
On the background the Okshornan peaks also named “devil’s jaw”.
Or maybe she was shocked to see me in my birthday suit. lol No word of a lie, I was sitting in the hot springs when I said to my friend... "Ahh, this feels good, now if only a bear would come and make my day." Much to my surprise ( jaw officially on the ground) not more than 10 minutes later out came a mama bear with two of the cutest baby cubs ever. They couldn't be more than a few months old. Mama bear told them to climb up to the tree top while she feasted on dandelions. I never got a shot of the babies, but the memory of them bouncing on spruce tree limbs will be something I'll never forget as long as I live. It really was a beary special moment.
Had to drive to Office Depot in Fairfax to pick up some office supplies. When I was finished and walked out towards the parking lot, I saw this car with the broken jaw. I imaged the owner was in Office Depot too asking an assistant which aisle had the super glue.
Nothing amazes me more than the Black Skimmers ability to scoop up fish with its lower mandible. I spent a day on the Gulf Coast with a huge flock of wintering birds with great light and no shortage of action! I'd rate it as one of my favorite birding/photography days of all time.
So needless to say - there will be more photos to come of the "Skimmers" plus lots of other shore birds!!
Visitors enter the grounds of the Dr.-Carl-Häberlin-Friesen-Museum through a gate made of mighty blue whale jawbones. On the approximately 10 000 square meters of land in the middle of the city Wyk is located next to the main building with cultural-historical collection and built in 1617 and thus the oldest house on the island Föhr, which was transferred in 1927 from the village Alkersum on the museum grounds. A windmill from the Hallig Langeneß and an agricultural barn from the village of Midlum complete the picture of the small open-air museum complex.
I knew the water levels would be quite low so I went to Linn Jaw near Livingston.
The water was higher than expected but luckily I didn't overtop my wellies.
This is a 3 shot panorama taken with a polariser.

56045 stands outside Boden Rails site in Nottingham after receiving a stunning repaint and refit into almost as built condition.
On this day She would be heading for the Rail 200 event at Derby Litchurch lane after an overnight stay at Chaddesden along with 60046.
DC Rail really pulled out all the stops for this one, Dave Fletcher invited me along to witness the event and to take some official photographs. I had no idea what to expect there was not a hint of a retro re paint, if anything i was expecting 56301 to be rolled out in the smart DCR grey livery. When i came through the shed door and out into the bright evening sunlight i could not believe what my eyes were seeing. I first saw this loco at Doncasters open day in June 78 in exactly the same condition. She was and is today a thing of beauty and makes me feel a sense of pride to see her like this as i am sure the staff at Boden also feel not to mention Dave Fletcher and the staff at DC Rail.
