After nearly 8 months, I finally got the time to pull the beetle out of my garage and get it running for the summer. Good times!
Here is the rear end.

My new winter project. A 1979 Mini 850. Its had rebuilt subframes and a reconditioned engine so drives really nice. I'm intending on a full respray fairly soon but still deciding on a colour!

I've been away for the past few days, but in my absence I've returned with more photos. On the weekend I was invited to shoot a bunch of MSCC cars again at a location just outside of Melbourne. Thanks to the kind owners of the depot for the hospitality!
The shot contains a combined total of 7,731 horsies. That was what I came up with after a quick add up anyway. The S5 is probably tuned to more, but didn't know the exact number. I rode in the green M3 to the shoot, and it was a shitload of fun.
And in other news, my 24-105mm arrived this afternoon. Cannot wait to go take some shots with it. Stepping up to luxury lens is goooood!
Let me know of your thoughts and opinion on this. I took it from a scissor lift high up in the air :P

YTF382T is almost done! Just want to put the MK2 lights on and the original matt black grille. Very happy with the paint and glad I kept the original Java Green!
Impromptu photo shoot of a Green E92 M3.
This is rather different from usual stuff, there's a model there :O After photographing the car for some time, the owner introduced me to his friend who he wanted to model in front of the car, since the car's name is HULK, she dressed up as Captain America. Needless to say I thought this was quite cool.
The car is so epic, and thank you very much to the model Connie, you've made the shot look extremely interesting. I'll likely be spending some more time with this green M3, as the owner wants more shots. Will let you know how I go.

Had the best caffè latte I ever had here. And am going back like i never did.
Its also much much cheaper than cafe coffee day and no bloated service tax. I'd say all ccds should be scrapped for more of these.
After a lot of black and white, it feels good to add color.
