* Lys Martagon, Lilium martagon
Celui-ci n'est pas sauvage, mais sort curieusement d'un jardin à travers le grillage.
* This beautiful lys is trying to escape from the garden !

He said "I ain't spending my life here
I ain't livin' alone
Ain't breakin' no rocks on the chain gang
I'm breakin' out and heading home"
Gonna make a (jailbreak)
And I'm looking towards the sky
I'm gonna make a (jailbreak)
Oh, how I wish that I could fly
you can't keep a good cloud down :)
song - "In The Jailhouse Now" - Ernest Tubb - 1965
( a fave from when I was a kid :)
There was a Zebra of mine on murder
And the judge's gavel fell
Jury found it guilty
Gave the Zebra sixteen years in hell
The Zebra said "I ain't spending my life here
I ain't living alone
Ain't breaking no rocks on the chain gang
I'm breakin' out and headin' home
Gonna make a jailbreak
Got to be free
Jailbreak, let me out of here
Jailbreak, sixteen years
Jailbreak, had more than I can take
Jailbreak, yeah"
(AC/DC - Jailbreak 1974 - slightly modified)

We moved a few years ago and briefly lived in a small apartment. At the time, Sally and Buster were none too happy about it. They were ready to bust out of the joint.
So I (illegally) snuck off the farm for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon... for some essential physical exercise... and to hopefully capture a photo or two.
This is what I managed to find. I can see this cliff from my cottage (it's only about 500 metres as the crow flies)... and I'd always wondered what things looked like from there.
Although this viewpoint is less than 100 metres from where I'd parked my car... it took me at least 20 minutes of bundu-bashing to get to this spot (and about 30 minutes to get back in the dark).
And if you're wondering why I included that pointy rock in the foreground of my photo? Well, that rock was the only thing preventing me from sliding off the cliff and into the gorge. :)
Braveheart likes to try and push her head through solid-ish objects like fabric or my fingers. She'll cram her head in there and push and usually doesn't get that far, but this time she managed the jailbreak!

FGLK GS-2 sweeps around the curve behind the famous Auburn Prison on the former NYC Auburn Road. Opened in 1818, Auburn is one of the oldest operating prisons in the country and the site of the first electric chair execution. On the top of the administration building on the right is Copper John, an enormous copper statue of an American Revolutionary first erected in 1848.
