Balçova
Balçova is a district of İzmir Province in Turkey. It is one of the nine districts in the Greater Metropolitan Area of İzmir, the smallest in terms of area. The economy is largely based on commerce and tourism, its three shopping malls constituting the backbone for the first range of activities, and its thermal baths for the second. New housing projects putting Balçova's advantageous location to benefit and generally aimed at mid- to higher- income residents started to be built in recent years and as such, Balçova became in recent years one of İzmir's metropolitan districts where the economy grew the fastest. Have A Blessed Day Everyone.:)
This dog was after his friends..All stray dogs...with no owners at all !They all knew very well how to cross the street ...What I found funny here was that he crossed the street at the right time & place with the green light on !So,please my friends don't worry about it..Then altogether we went to the seafront.I have another story about them there, which I'm thinking of uploading sometime later ! Just a clue about the story : another dog seemed to be a bigger danger for it !! :-))
Cats have it all - admiration, an endless sleep, and company only when they want it. Rod McKuen
Hope everyone is having a great day, My Friends! Thank you for stopping by.*-*
I walked down the hall today
Mulberry trees next to me
Oleander trees next to me
When autumn comes
Both of them
They turn yellow and wither
Like yellow leaves
We were both stuck
Under the trees
In autumn
Koridorda yürüdüm bugün
Bir yanımda dut ağaçları
Bir yanımda iğde ağaçları
Sonbahar gelince
Her ikisi de
Sararıp soldular
Sarı yapraklar gibi
Kalakaldık ikimizde
Ağaçlar altında
Sonbahar da

Seferihisar is a coastal town and the center of the district of the same name in İzmir Province, in Turkey.
Seferihisar town center is situated slightly inland at an altitude of 28 m and the urban tissue extends towards the sea as composed of seven quarters, among which the part called Sığacık stands somewhat separately from the rest at a distance of 5 km, has its own port and made a name by its own right. The wide area of the district center partly accounts for its high population and an urbanization rate of 51 %, while the general impression received is rather rural in some of its sections. Both the center town and the district as a whole preserves an overall outlook of a pleasant resort area bearing typical Aegean characteristics. The district's economy is largely based on agriculture, with the production of tangerines and satsumas standing out, and increasingly on tourism, with the presence of several housing projects or vacation villages, pensioners opting to settle in the region due to its quiet charm and a university campus in phase of being built. At a distance of 45 km (28 mi) from İzmir center, (Konak), the connections with the metropolis are made easily, especially once reached the six-lane highway in Urla. Seferihisar is where the ancient city of Teos is located and its highly interesting await further research and discoveries. The district's literacy level is 99 %.
