Information Architecture is one of my favourite classes at BCIT. The campus downtown has 35 hours a week of intense classes designed to get people ready for the workplace. Information Architecture is a discipline in which one organizes and optimizes content through filestructure and metadata for better usability and searchability. It is also focused on labelling, file management, and metadata, and complex information systems.

Why should I care about becoming a student leader?

An experienced leader can skillfully manage a team to achieve success all while helping to foster an environment necessary for individual growth. Becoming a student leader is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in problem solving and communicating effectively in a group setting.
